We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for celebration cakes and 6–8 weeks for wedding cakes. However, we may be able to accommodate last-minute orders depending on availability — just get in touch to check.

2. How do I place an order?

You can place an order by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram DM. Let us know what you’re looking for, and we’ll guide you through design options, pricing, and availability.

3. Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before the collection or delivery date.

5. Do you cater for allergies or dietary needs?

Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order. While we do our best to accommodate, all items are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free products.

6. Do you deliver?

Yes, we offer delivery for larger orders and wedding cakes, subject to availability and location. Delivery charges apply and will be included in your quote.

7. Do you offer dessert table setups?

Absolutely! We provide themed dessert table setups that include matching decorations, tablecloths, plinths, and a full professional setup at your venue — with no extra hire fees.

8. Can I send you a photo of a cake I like?

Yes! We welcome inspiration photos. While we don’t copy designs exactly, we’re happy to create a similar style personalised to your event.

9. How should I store my cake or desserts?

Buttercream cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place and can be refrigerated in warm weather. Cakes with fresh cream must be kept refrigerated at all times. For further instructions please ask.

10. Can I book a wedding cake consultation?

Yes! We offer free wedding cake consultations where we discuss design, colours, flavours, sizes, and the perfect finish for your big day.
